Amazon, Shopee and Lazada main images are 1:1 at 2000×2000 on a pure white background, with the product filling 85% of the frame. A 4:5 image (1080×1350) takes more room in a feed. Keep the original size only when the listing asks for the exact PNG size.

What if my PNG has no transparent area?

Why is pure white the default background?

Should I export JPG or PNG?
Export JPG for marketplaces: it is smaller and every marketplace accepts it. Export PNG only when you need lossless quality, because the file is bigger.
Can I use the finished image commercially?
