Etsy Mockup AI: listing images for $0.008 each, no subscription
A photographer costs more than a small batch of products earns, and template mockups make your shop look like everyone else’s. With Movapix you describe the scene you want and get a listing-ready image for about $0.008 each — no subscription, and a failed generation costs nothing. International top-ups are by USDT for now; card and PayPal are not available yet.
No Telegram or card needed. Charged only when a creation succeeds.
What a small listing batch actually costs
A new listing needs four images: hero, lifestyle scene, material close-up, and a scale shot. At $0.008 per image that set costs about $0.032. Ten listings — a small weekly drop — need 40 images, about $0.32 before bonuses. Pay-per-image suits this rhythm: launch weeks cost cents, quiet weeks cost nothing.
| You top up | Image credits | Video credits |
|---|---|---|
| $1 | 125 images | 41 videos |
| $2 | 250 images | 83 videos |
| $5 | 625 images | 208 videos |
| $10 | 1,250 images | 416 videos |
Before bonus credits. Every purchase adds bonus credits on top: at least +2, then +1% from $2 up to +5% from $50. Charged only on success; credits never expire.
How to make an Etsy mockup in four steps
Step 1 — write the scene, not just the product. Name the product, the surface, the background and the light. Copy a prompt and swap in your product:
A handmade speckled ceramic mug on a light oak table beside a linen napkin, soft morning window light, blurred kitchen shelves behind, warm neutral colours, product photographyA framed botanical print above a rattan bench in a bright living room, white wall, green plant to the left, soft daylight, interior magazine photographyA plain cream t-shirt worn by a model against a terracotta studio wall, natural light, relaxed pose, colours true to life, clothing shop product photoStep 2 — match the ratio to the slot: hero at 4:3 or 16:9, details at 1:1, so thumbnails crop nothing important. Step 3 — generate two or three variants of the hero and keep the cleanest. Step 4 — download at full resolution and check hands, text and design edges at 100% before publishing.
An honest price comparison
Per-image prices only compare when the denominator is written down — so here it is, including the row that beats us on basic images.
| Tool | Price per image | How it is billed |
|---|---|---|
| Movapix | About $0.008 | Pay per finished image. No subscription; charged only on success. |
| Midjourney | About $0.0125 | Basic plan, $10/month, counting 4 images per job; $0.05 per job. No free tier. |
| Leonardo AI | About $0.0028 (estimate) | Essential plan, $12/month, token-based. Cheaper than Movapix for basic images. |
| Ideogram (API) | $0.03 to $0.10 | Per image by quality tier. Best-in-class text inside images. |
| NightCafe | About $0.06 | Hobbyist credits, from about $5.99/month; 5 free credits a day. |
October 2026 competitor research; prices change, so re-check before relying on them. Different models draw differently: this compares price for the same job, not equal quality. If you only need a few dozen basic images a day, Leonardo’s free daily tokens may suit you better.
Before you publish a mockup
- Check any text. AI models often misspell. Zoom in and read every letter; add long text afterwards in your design tool.
- Keep one look per shop. Reuse the same light, surface and colour words so ten listings read as one shop.
- Show the real product honestly. Where exact colour or print placement decides a purchase, photograph the real item.
- Commercial use is allowed. Use your downloads in listings, your shop and ads, within the law and our content rules.
Honest limits, before you pay anything
- International top-ups are USDT only (TRC20 or BEP20, from 2 USDT). Card and PayPal are not available yet.
- Creations are private by default: no public feed, and your work joins the showcase only with your agreement.
- Credits never expire and are deducted only on success. An unused wallet balance can be refunded within 7 days of topping up.
- Questions first? Email [email protected] — a person reads it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Movapix mockups in my Etsy listings commercially?
Yes. Download at full resolution and use your creations in Etsy listings, your shop and ads, as long as they follow the law, our content rules and the Terms of Service. Do not use others’ trademarked designs without permission.
How much does one full Etsy listing cost to illustrate?
About $0.032: four images — hero, lifestyle, close-up and scale — at roughly $0.008 each, before bonus credits.
Will the text on my product design render correctly?
Not always. Keep in-image text to a few words, put exact words in quotes in the prompt, and check at full size before publishing. For long text, add it afterwards in your design tool.
Do my credits expire if I launch products in bursts?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, with no monthly plan and no end-of-month reset — which is why pay-per-image suits sellers who launch in bursts.
