This policy explains what information Movapix ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and services at movapix.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. When you sign up with email, we store your email, the name you provide and a securely hashed password.
- Gift codes. If you redeem a code from our Telegram bot, we store the code and, when provided by the bot, your Telegram user ID so credits can be added to the right account.
- Content you create. The prompts you write and the images and videos generated for you.
- Wallet and transactions. Top-up amounts, transfer references, credit purchases and your balance. Bank transfers are processed by your bank; we do not receive or store your card or bank login details.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and basic request logs, used for security, abuse prevention (for example, limiting the number of accounts per network) and troubleshooting.
- Local storage. Your browser stores your session key, language, theme and a list of your recent creations on your device.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To generate the images and videos you request and deliver them to you.
- To track credits, process top-ups and show your transaction history.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To respond to your support requests.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your Google account data for anything other than signing you in and identifying your account.
4. Sharing
Your prompts are sent to the AI generation providers we use solely to produce your results. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and service.
5. Data retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Generated files may be removed from our servers after a period of time, so download anything you want to keep.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to delete your account entirely. Send the request to our support channel on Telegram ([email protected]) from the account email or include details that let us verify the account. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your session private and log out on shared devices.
8. Children
Movapix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, show a notice in the app.
