Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Movapix, an AI image and video generation service operated by Movapix ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Movapix lets you generate images and short videos from text descriptions. Results are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect. Generation times and availability can vary, and features may change over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login and session private. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions is not allowed; we may limit the number of accounts per network.
3. Credits, wallet and payments
- Creations use credits: one image credit per image and one video credit per video. Credits are deducted only when a creation completes successfully.
- Wallet top-ups and credit packs are non-refundable, except when a charge resulted from a system error on our side; in that case we will restore the credits or refund the amount.
- Free credits (gift codes and welcome bonuses) have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND). Any other currency shown is an estimate.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Movapix to create, upload or share content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, violence or terrorism;
- sexualises minors in any way (child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities);
- depicts real people in sexual, defamatory or harmful ways, or is a deepfake intended to deceive, harass or damage someone;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, or imitates brands and logos without permission;
- harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against any person or group;
- is used for spam, fraud, scams, misinformation or impersonation.
You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access it through automated means other than an API key we issued to you.
5. Your content
You keep your rights in the prompts you write. Subject to these terms and the law, you may download and use the images and videos generated for you. You are responsible for how you use them, including making sure your use does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your prompts and results to provide the service.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, without refund of credits obtained or used in violation. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful content to the authorities.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Movapix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or for how you use generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
