Steps

1. Get USDT first, in a wallet or exchange app you already trust. Keep it there for now; you will send it in step 5.
2. Log in, go to Dashboard, then Top up, then Crypto (USDT). The minimum top-up is 2 USDT, and 1 USDT is credited as 26,000đ to your wallet.
3. Choose the network: TRC20 (Tron, low fees, about 1 minute) unless you have a reason to use BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain, credited after 15 confirmations). This choice matters most.
4. Choose an amount and press Get payment details. You will see an exact amount with 4 decimal places (for example 10.1234 USDT), a wallet address and a QR code. The decimals are how the payment is matched to your account.
5. In your wallet or exchange, choose Withdraw or Send, paste the address (or scan the QR code), select the token USDT, select the same network you picked in step 3, and enter the exact amount including all 4 decimals. If your exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, add the fee on top so the exact amount arrives.
6. Wait for confirmation. The top-up page checks automatically every 20 seconds, so you can leave it open. TRC20 usually confirms in about a minute; BEP20 is credited after 15 confirmations.
7. If nothing shows up, copy the transaction ID (TxID) from your wallet or exchange and paste it into the TxID box on the top-up page. A TxID is still accepted for 24 hours after the payment request expires. If it still does not credit, message support with the TxID.

5. Trong ví hoặc sàn, chọn Rút hoặc Gửi, dán địa chỉ (hoặc quét mã QR), chọn token USDT, chọn đúng mạng đã chọn ở bước 3, và nhập đúng số tiền gồm cả 4 chữ số lẻ. Nếu sàn trừ phí rút, hãy cộng thêm phí để số tiền tới nơi đúng y hệt.
6. Chờ xác nhận. Trang nạp tiền tự kiểm tra mỗi 20 giây, bạn cứ để trang mở. TRC20 thường xác nhận trong khoảng 1 phút; BEP20 được cộng sau 15 xác nhận.
7. Nếu chưa thấy cộng tiền, hãy sao chép mã giao dịch (TxID) từ ví hoặc sàn và dán vào ô TxID trên trang nạp tiền. TxID vẫn được chấp nhận trong 24 giờ sau khi lệnh nạp hết hạn. Nếu vẫn chưa được cộng, hãy nhắn cho hỗ trợ kèm TxID.

Tips

• For your first top-up, start with the minimum (2 USDT) to see the whole flow work before you send a larger amount.
• Double-check the first and last characters of the address before you confirm. A pasted address is easy to get right and costly to get wrong.
• Credits never expire, and failed creations are never charged, so there is no rush to spend a top-up the moment it lands.

Common mistakes

• Sending USDT on the wrong network, or sending a different token to this address: this cannot be recovered, no matter how quickly you report it.
• Sending a rounded amount instead of the exact amount with 4 decimals: the payment may not be matched to your account automatically.
• Forgetting the withdrawal fee: if the exchange deducts a fee, the amount that arrives is short, so add the fee on top.
