AI images for real estate listings: staged rooms for $0.008 each
An empty room photographs badly, and a professional staging shoot costs $150 or more per visit. Virtual staging services charge $20 to $50 per photo. With Movapix you describe the staged room you want and get a listing-ready image for about $0.008 each — no subscription, and you pay only when the generation succeeds.
No Telegram or card needed. Charged only when a creation succeeds.
What a full listing costs to stage
A listing needs about six shots: living room, kitchen, main bedroom, bathroom, exterior at dusk, and one amenity or detail. At $0.008 per image that set costs about $0.05 — five cents. Ten listings a month need 60 staged shots, about $0.48 before bonuses. Pay-per-image fits this rhythm: listing weeks cost cents, quiet weeks cost nothing.
| You top up | Image credits | Video credits |
|---|---|---|

| $2 | 250 images | 83 videos |
| $5 | 625 images | 208 videos |

Before bonus credits. Every purchase adds bonus credits on top: at least +2, then +1% from $2 up to +5% from $50. Charged only on success; credits never expire.
How to stage a room with AI in three steps
Step 1 — describe the staged room, not the empty one. Name the room, the furniture, the surfaces and the light. Copy a prompt and swap in your details:
A bright staged living room with a beige linen sofa, an oak coffee table and a tall green plant by the window, soft daylight, real-estate photography, wide angle, no peopleA modern staged kitchen with white cabinets, a marble island with two bar stools, pendant lights on, warm evening light through the window, real-estate photography, no peopleA two-storey suburban house at dusk with warm lights glowing in the windows, neat lawn, dramatic blue-hour sky, real-estate photography, no people, no textStep 2 — match the ratio to the portal: 4:3 or 16:9 so thumbnails crop nothing important. Generate two or three variants and keep the cleanest. Step 3 — label every AI image as an illustration in the listing (“virtually staged”), and never change the room’s dimensions, doors or windows.

Before you publish a staged image
- Label it clearly. Every AI-staged image must say “virtually staged” in the listing — listing rules increasingly require it, and buyers deserve to know.
- Never change the architecture. Keep room dimensions, door and window positions and fixed fixtures exactly as they are; dressing the furniture is fine, moving walls is not.
- Don’t erase real flaws. Hiding damage or a bad view with AI crosses from marketing into misrepresentation.
- Commercial use is allowed. Use your downloads in listings and ads, within the law and our content rules.
Honest limits, before you pay anything
- AI staging images are illustrations, not photographs of the property. They must be labeled as such in the listing and must never stand in for real photos of the actual rooms.
- International top-ups are USDT only (TRC20 or BEP20, from 2 USDT). Card and PayPal are not available yet.
- Creations are private by default: no public feed, and your work joins the showcase only with your agreement.
- Credits never expire and are deducted only on success. An unused wallet balance can be refunded within 7 days of topping up.
- Questions first? Email [email protected] — a person reads it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use AI staging images in a real property listing?
Yes, as labeled illustrations. Mark every AI-staged image 'virtually staged' in the listing, keep the room's architecture accurate, and check your portal's rules — several now require explicit AI disclosure.
Will the AI match my property's actual layout?
No. The model invents a plausible room from your words; it does not know your floor plan. Use AI staging to show potential ('this is how the room could look'), and use real photos for the property as it actually is.
How much does it cost to stage one listing?
About $0.05: six staged shots — living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, exterior at dusk and one detail — at roughly $0.008 each, before bonus credits. Failed generations cost nothing.
Do my credits expire between listings?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, with no monthly plan and no end-of-month reset — which suits agents whose listings arrive in waves.
Can a buyer rely on an AI image for room size?
No. AI images cannot be trusted for dimensions, ceiling height or exact layout — always pair staged illustrations with real photos and the true floor plan.
