Both networks are accepted, but they are not the same order. TRC20 is the usual pick and lands faster. BEP20 also works, but it needs more confirmations, so it takes longer to appear.

Whichever network you pick, it must match the order exactly. The app gives you one network, one exact amount and one address per order. Sending a TRC20 payment to a BEP20 order, or the other way round, cannot be recovered.
